As a small, family company we do not take hundreds of fans to each Test match. Instead we will have one or two (occasionally three) groups with a maximum of 36 people per tour. Each tour has its own dedicated Tour Director who travels with their group throughout.
Tour Ambience
Our tours generally attract a good mix of couples, friends and solo travellers – both male and female. Our experienced Tour Directors are there to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to ensure that every one of our clients has a brilliant experience. Each tour group is limited to a maximum of 36 passengers so that your Tour Director can comfortably manage the group and still have plenty of time to attend to each individual’s needs.
Tour Directors
Martin Denyer is our lead Tour Director. He is supported by John Allen, Brian Corcoran, Sue Keel or Clare Hind as necessary. All our Tour Directors have worked with us for many years and are very experienced, so rest assured you are in good hands.
International Flights
We allow you maximum flexibility with your international flights so that you can use the UK airport of your choice, on your choice of airline, in your choice of seat category. Naturally, we are happy to help you with options and quotes, but you are also free to book your own flights online or using your frequent flyer points, if you wish.
Hotels
We have hand-picked high quality 4 & 5 star hotels to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Hotel ratings used within our website are as awarded by Star Ratings Australia www.starratings.com.au where available.
Share a room to avoid the single supplement
If you are travelling on your own and would like to avoid the single supplement, please let us know and we will attempt to match you up with a like-minded single traveller.
Health requirements
We recommend you contact your GP at least 3 months before departure for up to date information on compulsory and/or recommended vaccinations, particularly if you are planning to stopover in the Far East. Country specific information and advice is published on www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk
Passport/Visa requirements:
You must have a current passport with at least 6 months validity at the date of your return to the UK. A visa is required for all non-Australian residents. British passport holders can apply for an eVisitor visa free of charge at http://www.border.gov.au/trav/visa-1/651- . We will be happy to assist you to get your visa, if you need help.
The Climate Care Trust
If you are concerned about the damage your flights may inflict on the environment, you might like to consider purchasing an ‘offset’ from The Climate Care Trust at https://climatecare.org or telephone 01865 591 000. Your contribution will be used to fund sustainable energy and reforestation projects to maintain a climate-neutral effect. The recommended contribution for a return flight to Australia is approximately £35.
