TOUR INFORMATION
- Tour Ambience
Our tour group is limited to a maximum of 30 passengers so that your Tour Director can comfortably manage the group and still have plenty of time to attend to each individual’s needs.
Our tours generally attract a good mix of couples, friends and solo travelers – both male and female! Ages range from 8 to 80, with most around 30-60 years old.
Our experienced Tour Directors are there to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to ensure that every one of our clients has a brilliant experience.
- Flights
Package prices are based on international economy class flights with Virgin Atlantic or Jet Airways from London Heathrow. Upgrades to Premium Economy, Business or Upper Class may be available on application. An alternative international carrier and/or regional departure can be arranged (supplement may be payable). Internal economy flights are on Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airline and/or Air India.

Share a room to avoid the single supplement
If you are travelling on your own and would like to avoid the single supplement, please let us know and we will attempt to match you up with a like minded single traveller.
- Health requirements
There are a number of vaccinations recommended for travel to India. We strongly recommend that you contact your GP well in advance of departure for up to date information on compulsory and/or recommended vaccinations.
- Passport/Visa requirements:
You must have a current passport with at least 6 months validity at the date of your return to the UK. Visas are required for travel to India for all non India residents. We can obtain your visa on your behalf (supplement payable).
- The Climate Care Trust
If you are concerned about the damage your flights may inflict on the environment, you might like to consider purchasing an ‘offset’ from The Climate Care Trust’ at www.climatecare.org or telephone 01865 207 000. Your contribution will be used to fund sustainable energy and reforestation projects to maintain a climate-neutral effect. The recommended contribution for a return flight to India is approximately £15.
- Financial Security
Book with total confidence, safe in the knowledge that your holiday is ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 5796. Details of ATOL coverage can be found at
